You what is the thing which makes most of the peoples unsucessful?
Are they dont have talent to be sucessful?
No anybody can get sucess in life but he just need few things like that-

Confidence
Constration
Hard Wordking

But there is a thing which can waste all of thease qualities and that is "confusion" yes confusion creats most of the unsucess.If you are confused about your desicion like you are not sure your are doing right or rong or the thing is you dont know you can be sucessful or not like that if you have confusion of any type then you will not able to give your 100% to that work and that will give you unsucess.
So tell me why you get unsucessfull? Due to luck? Due to anybody else?

No it is you who deside to be sucessfull ot not.If you really want to get sucess then When you think about doing something which is chalanging to you or you think it will be difficult then just sit and deside once that what you are going to do .You can take any desicion but when you have been deside then dont think its wrong or right just go and do it Results will tell you that you were wrong or right.

Your decision will be always right if you remember just one thing that is
"What you want to get in life? deside it from your heart and how you are going to get it? decide it from your mind."

Do Your Best

Yes that is the key for sucessful life .You may be thinking that its a normal thing and whats special i am telling you here.Thats right i am not telling you something that you dont know already but i am telling you that its necessary not to get sucessful but also for "work satisfaction".

You know what i mean here by "work satisfaction"?
Its not only related to your office work it is related to your whole life and every work you do.When you do your best and give your 100% to your work then also may be you dont get sucessful but thats luck there is no mistake from your side.

But when you wish to do something but dont give your 100% then its your mistake and it will cut you from inside,will decrease your cofidance.

Let me explain it better by one of my life experiance.
When i were in 12 class and at the age of 17 years i were very energetic,happy and sucessful in the manner that was important at that stage of my life.In short i were satisfied from my life were enjoying my life fully.

But one day when i saw a girl that same time my life get U-turn.For next 2-3 months i were living in love.Thease moments wer amazing and are golden days of my life.But you know after that i just live in frestration and diperssion for next 4 years do you know why?
It was totely my mistake.Actually i were a very very simple guy.I didnt know what is the love,i didnt know what i should do to get my love.Thats why i just waste the time seaing the girl i were in love with her.My friends said me to talk with the girl i also try for that but that time i were not in my control and i didnt atleast talk with her once.

I waste that time.After 2-3 months when exam comes there was no chance to meet her and to say that i love her.I lost her becaus i didnt tried .

I lived in diperssion for 4 years just ecause there s one thing in my heart that "i didnt tried my best" that was my mistake.It waste for golden years of my life.

Does you want it to happen with you?

I hope you dont wish to fall in this situtaion .so listion me if you want to do something that you feel is right then dont afriad for results and try your best.If you will try then there is 50-50 % chances that you get sucess but when you dot try then i am 100% you will not be sucefful o make it your life rule "I will do my best in every work doesnt matter what the result will be."
